Are these actually different to normal slides?

Yes. Most slides are flat foam. Truefoot has a contoured arch moulded into the footbed. You feel it the moment you put them on.

Will they help after a long shift?

What size should I get?

Your normal size, but if you're between sizes or like room, size up one. Chart above.

How do I clean them?

Warm water, a bit of soap, air dry. Keep them out of hot cars.

Returns?

60 days. Not comfortable, send them back for a product refund.
